Solid Waste Management System

ELPL have designed solid waste management system as a part of ETP/STP for all manufacturing industries, hospitals, restaurants and residential sectors.

• ELPL have designed and erected a secured landfill at CETP of KINFRA international apparel park at Thiruvananthapuram and Hindustan latex  Ltd at Thiruvananthapuram.
• In consortium with Chemtrols Engineering Ltd ELPL have designed power generation system from biogas obtained from municipal sludge for Surat municipal corporation.
• Over and above we have done 20 sewage treatment plant with biogas plant for sludge disposal.

Our new initiative in solid waste management includes process design, development,detailed engineering and project management of bio-methanation plants for the growing concern of solid waste management systems.

State of art treatment systems

ELPL with its expertise has developed new methodologies for the growing environmental issues. Our major initiatives include

• Process design, development, detailed engineering and project management of bio-methanation plants for the growing concern of solid waste management systems.
• Evaporation of high TDS effluent from the waste heat from DG exhaust emission.
• Recovery of sodium silicate from printing effluent of textile processing units.

ELPL has also proposed tie–up with international companies to bring up comprehensive methodologies to resolve the growing environmental issues which shall be cost effective solution for the growing environmental concerns.
