We have skilled staff and fully equipped laboratory for carrying out analysis of environmental parameters which includes water and waste water analysis, Ambient Air Monitoring & Analysis, sound Monitoring etc.Our laboratory has special focus on calibration and quality control. We take special efforts to ascertain correct techniques for representative sample collection and sample preservation in line of methods recommended by Accredited Agencies.We have a service oriented team committed to assist the project team with the complete resolution of our clients need and problems.

Under the guidance of our core project team, who is headed by Dr. Pillai, our experienced and skilled personnel in R & D simulate prototypes for new techniques and treatment methods.Treatability studies of industrial effluents employing various types of coagulants are also conducted to optimize the consumption of chemicals in waste water treatment.Our laboratory is recognized by Kerala State Pollution Control Board.

Common Effluent Treatment Plant

Process design of effluent treatment plants for variety of industrial effluents by using the latest possible technologies and implementation of well experienced engineering skills.

We have been involved in the process development, feasibility studies, and project report preparation ever since the concept of Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) was mooted by Central Pollution Control Board.

• Management Consultants to M/sKinfra Apparel Parks Ltd., Trivandrum for the implementation of CETP for the apparel park at Kazhakkoottam, Trivandrum
• Management Consultants to M/s.KSIDC, Trivandrum for the implementation of CETP for the Industrial Growth Centre, Valiyavelicham, Kannur.
• Consultants to M/s. KITCO for setting up the CETP for Cochin Special Economic Zone, Kakkanad.
• DPR for the implementation of CETP for a cluster of fish processing units in Aroor Industrial Estate in Alappuzha District .
• Feasibility study for the clients of medium and small scale industries in Industrial Development Area, Edayar in 1991, which was acclaimed and appreciated by all concerned.
• Feasibility report for the CETP for the Handloom textile wet processing units in and around Kannur Municipality.
• CETP for M/s.Renuga Textile Group of companies in Theni in 1993-94 which got much appreciation from TNPCB.
• Consultant for setting up CETP for the combined effluent from M/s.Sonar Dyeing , M/s. Vivekanand Colour Works, and M/s. Kumar Processors in 1994-95.
