At ELPL we do consultancy service for Govt. Agencies for the execution of Waste water treatment Plant and Common Effluent Treatment Plan.  For the same we have prepared Detailed Engineering, Design, Tender Document preparation, Evaluation &scrutiny  of Technical bids, Project Supervision, Startup  and commissioning   for  Government Agencies like Common Effluent Treatment Plant  at Kinfra International Apparel Park, Trivandrum (750MLD), Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) Kannur(250 M³), and Plantation Corporation  Kerala Ltd, Kottayam, Kerala State Handloom Textile Corporation Ltd, Kannur, and we have worked as nodal  agency  for KINFRA for the construction of  Cochin Special Economic Zone, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.
