Activated Carbon Filters

Activated Carbon Filter offered by us is used for final purification of water & Waste Water i.e. for the removal of colour, odour and turbidity. It comprises of a pressure vessel fitted with frontal pipe work and valves, activated carbon supported by two layers of sand and one layer of pebble, a top distributor to distribute the incoming water uniformly throughout the cross section of the filter, and an under drain system to collect filtered water. Back wash arrangement is also provided for removing the fine particles retained on the surface of the sand bed and between the sand grains.
