Filter Press
Filter Press is one among the efficient means of liquid – solid separation through pressure filtration. They provide a simple reliable method of high compaction pressure to compress and dewater solids into cakes for 25 – 50% concentration. This provides clear filtrate solutions than systems that only remove free water.
We offer both Plate&Frame type and Recessed Type Filter Press for sludge dewatering purpose.
In Plate and frame type filter press only frames will be acting as holder. Slurry passes through the inlet (Corner top and bottom). Solids get trapped with filter media in the frame which is in between the two plates; the filtrate passes through the outlet (Opposite Corner top and bottom). The plates and frames are made of Polypropylene and are highly customized according to client's specifications to be the best in quality. The products are in full compliance with International quality standards.
In Recessed Plate type filter press only plates will be acting as holder. Slurry pass through the inlet (Centre), Solids get trapped with filter media between the two plates of recessed space & the filtrate pass through the outlet (Corner). When two recessed plates are held together, a cavity is created between them, thereby eliminating the need for a frame. A filter membrane is stretched across each plate to retain the filter cake.
We are offering different sizes of filter presses having 355mm, 470mm, 610mm, 800mm, 915mm, 1000mm, 1200mm & 1500mm plate sizes with Manual closing, Hyd. Manual Closing & Hyd. Motorized Closing.
